Happy Birthday Honey, Monte, Daddy

Yesterday was Monte's birthday. Carter and I went and had lunch with him, and then for dinner we all went to Sakura for sushi.


Lunch with daddy. Carter wore a shirt that said, "My Daada is #1!"


Lexie got Monte Guitar Hero Rocks the 80's. (In case you haven't figured out, Guitar Hero is Lexie and Monte's thing. They love to play it together!)


Carter got Oakland A's attire for Monte and himself to wear to baseball games. Carter loved playing with the tissue paper that was in the gift bags. He was going crazy kicking it and got really excited by the noise it made.

Lexie is striking a pose for the end of "Happy Birthday." (FYI: "Happy Birthday is the most sung song in the United States. ) Monte LOVES blueberries, so instead of cake we got him a double cream blueberry pie. (Lexie's idea.) He did blow out all of the candles. Hmmm, I wonder what he wished for?
